The Challange
Di dunia Telco dan Cloud, khususnya postpaid Billing System bawaan biasanya hanya menyajikan informasi teknis terkait usage (durasi, pemakaian data, dll).
Perusahan Telco dan Cloud Provider harus mengkonversi data-data mentah tersebut kedalam bentuk tagihan (billing) untuk di kirim ke customer.
Untuk itu diperlukan suatu solusi untuk mengkonversi billing raw data menjadi data komersil (summary) yang akan di kirim ke customer berupa Invoice atau sejenisnya.
What did
IDS do
IDS Indonesia didalam Implementasi SAP Business One khususnya terkait dengan Billing Process di Biznet Gio Cloud berfocus kepada:
Konversi Raw Billing Data menjadi Proforma Invoice Data di SAP menggunakan SAP Business One SDK DI API hingga selanjutnya menjadi Invoice, pengakuan Account Receivable dan seterusnya.
Pengiriman Proforma & Invoice Massal ke Customer menggunakan E-Mail dan Print Hardcopy (jika diperlukan). Sehinggal Tim Billing tidak perlu melakukan pengiriman Proforma & Invoice satu persatu ke customer.
